Sour Gongzhu Pre-order Terms & Conditions

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

  1. Introduction:
  • Sour Gongzhu (“we”) is committed to providing a seamless pre-order experience for our valued customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for pre-order transactions to protect both Sour Gongzhu and our customers.
  1. Seller Identification:
  • Sour Gongzhu is the authorized seller of the items available for pre-order. By submitting  a pre-order transaction, customers acknowledge that they are entering into an agreement with Sour Gongzhu.
  1. Order Capture and Fulfillment
  • Upon placing a pre-order, Sour Gongzhu will confirm the order and commit to shipping the item(s) to the customer once it is ready for delivery. This ensures customers receive their item(s) promptly.
  1. No Size Changes or Order Cancellations:
  • After purchase, customers are not permitted to change the size of their ordered item or cancel the order. Because we work directly with Indigenous minority tribes and tailors in Shanghai, China, this policy ensures efficiency and minimizes any disruptions to the sourcing and production process.
  1. Returns & Refunds:
  • Upon receiving your order, if you are unsatisfied with the item(s) you have purchased, please refer to our Return & Refund policy for options you may consider. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition; unaltered, unused, and undamaged in their original packaging, if any, and with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, documents, and protective covers included.
  1. Shipping Timeframe:
  • Sour Gongzhu will work to ensure that all pre-orders will be shipped within 6 months from the date of purchase. This timeframe ensures customers receive their orders in a reasonable and predictable manner.

In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with an option to cancel the pre-order, and you will be refunded to the original payment method for the order
