Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Sour Gongzhu. We hope that you will love everything that you order from us, but if something is not quite right, please refer to the following policy to better understand your options. 

1. Return/Exchange Conditions

Sour Gongzhu (“we,” “us,” “our”) accepts returns of Sour Gongzhu products eligible to return within 30 calendar days of receipt of the items purchased for a full refund to the original payment method for the order. 

We do not accept returns for custom-made orders, sample items or for any other order that you were informed at the time of submitting your order that it could not be returned.

If you would like to receive a different item or the same item in a different size, please return the item purchased for a refund. Then place a new order online for the item you would like.

All items must be returned in their original condition; unaltered, unused, and undamaged in their original packaging, if any, and with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, documents, and protective covers included.

Returns of incomplete, altered, damaged, or soiled items will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

2. Return Process

To return an item, you must let us know that you intend to return an item. You can do this by going to sourgongzhu.com in to your account, go to your Order History, and complete the online return form by selecting the items you would like to return and indicate the quantity and reason for return.

You will receive an email confirming your return request with instructions on proper return. Please follow the instructions listed in the email.

3. Refunds

Upon receipt of an item for which a return was requested, we will inspect the item to ensure that the return conditions specified in Section I are met. If the item meets those conditions, a refund will be made. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser in the original method of payment and in the same currency as purchase.

4. Shipping Errors & Defective Product

In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly, we will gladly accept it for a full refund. Sour Gongzhu will provide a prepaid shipping label to facilitate returns within the United States. 5. Shipping dates on Pre-Order items are estimates only. Goods are not guaranteed to ship on the date listed. All Pre-Order items are subject to delays and cancellations during production.
